The Tradition continues with our Gar Wood’s SNOWFEST Kick off Party. Thanks to Tom and his crew for starting every event off right with a Raging Party that sets the tone for all the rest. The Blues Monsters featuring Kendall Naughton will be rocking the night away so “PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES”!! Also we will be introducing this years SNOWFEST SCHOLARSHIP CANIDATES so don’t forget to get online and support your favorite candidates.

SNOWFEST returns to The Valley for the 75th anniversary of the ski area. DJ, drinks and food at the legendary Le Chamois and Loft Bar. Wear your finest Le Chamois throwback valley ski outfit and party like its 1982 (founding year of SNOWFEST)! Support SNOWFEST with a purchase of your one of a kind Le Chamois SNOWFEST T-Shirt. North Tahoe Firefighters Association Pancake Breakfast $10 per adult $5 per child (kids under 12). Right before the Tahoe City Street Fair (formerly parade). Come check out some Firetrucks and other equipment. North Tahoe Fire Department merch for sale as well. A delicious way to support your local firefighters.

It’s a pie potluck! Sweet, savory, or pizza pie – enjoy a slice or five with old friends and new! Come at 1pm for an optional open preserve hour (details below). Wander the preserve at your own pace to build up that appetite. If you’re just coming for the pie —and who isn’t?! — we’ll start the potluck at 2pm. This casual event includes classic yard games to enjoy, a short program to share Placer Land Trust updates and answer questions, and beverages available on site! At check in, you will receive two drink tickets to enjoy the wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages provided.

Celebrate bud break in Placer County for two glorious days along the Placer Wine Trail. This event is the perfect way to leave winter behind and SIP INTO SPRING. See the budding vineyards, taste current vintages, multiple varietals grown in the Sierra Foothills, and even try a few verticals! A great opportunity to meet winemakers, taste limited production wines, new releases or library wines.

Join the Woman’s Club of Lincoln for their first annual fundraiser for a new Community Center! Featuring local businesses, a sit-down dinner, and live entertainment from the Neon Playboys.
