Placer Land Trust “Nature Quest” – Forest Bathing at Canyon View Preserve

Join us for an uplifting and unique experience at Canyon View Preserve – “Shinrin-Yoku” (forest bathing). Come explore the outdoors in new ways via nature immersion techniques! A Forest Bathing Hike is a meditative, slower-paced hike where we focus on immersing all of our senses in the unique nature around us. Stroll the preserve and participate in “bathing” stations.
